Can this be true?

Maybe many know about this but 

when you breathe out loudly and rhythmically during the work out session in the gym, 

the session gets easier! I can run far better and burn more calories. 

Why didn't i know about this before?!

Coffee must be THE best creations of God.

I say 'coffee' and i would love a cup of it.

Hot steaming coffee......... mmmm....

That must be the single most compelling motivation for me to get up every day at 7 a.m.

Why the hell would i otherwise?

Curling up in bed early in the morning is heavenly.... coffee is the only factor that tops it.

Coffee...coffee....coffee.... God how i love even the sound of it!....

Ok now... shut up and go to bed...

Not in the best of the moods today.
Feeling guilty for so many reasons.

I wanted to write for quite sometime that

'Sometimes i have nothing nice to say to people. In general.'

But i've been so happy and telling all the nice things to one and all that i'm yet to find that special crappy day to be all bitchy. Then i thought, what the hell? 

Whenever you're looking for something to eat,
Weatherbee's Diner is just down the street.
Start off your meal with a bottle of rain.
Fog on the glass is imported from Maine.
The thunder is wonderful, order it loud,
with sun-dried tornado on top of a cloud.
Snow flurry curry is also a treat.
It's loaded with lightening and slathered in sleet.
Cyclones with hailstones are great for dessert,
but only have one or your belly will hurt.
Regardless of whether it's chilly or warm,
at Weatherbee's Diner they cook up a storm!

If you explain your freedom doesn't that kill its very objective?

Are freedom and feelings connected?

When you practice freedom diligently, does it hurt the feelings of others around you?

Should you care about it?

Does it make you more selfish?

Is that the only way?

Can you practice freedom and still be kind?

When i wish for Him, He shows His presence. Why then am i not sure? what is it that is stopping me?
